Clayton Ruby speak to Globe & Mail about equality in the military

In 1989, Michelle Douglas was discharged from Canada’s military for being a homosexual. Clayton Ruby argued the case on her behalf.  Twenty-five years ago this week, the Federal Court of Canada ordered the Canadian Forces to cease its discrimination.
